Meaghan Fitzsimmons (Harpal, MCMHC) has been serving in professional mental health care and lifestyle practices since 2002. She brings a unique combination of knowledge, life experience, and modality skills from the fields of early childhood development, crisis intervention, group counseling, domestic violence offender treatment, yoga, meditation, spiritual guidance, and most recently, neurolinguistic programming. Through her own losses, challenges, pursuit of wholeness, and a very basic love and enjoyment of people, Meaghan offers a dedicated ear, an empathetic heart, open mind, and free spirit to the work of empowering all people to lives of the highest quality, joy, imagination, and fulfillment, regardless of circumstances. She has always been family intervention and developmentally focused. She works with anyone- as she focuses on building strength of character, life skills, critical thinking, and belief in self over confidence. She believes anything can be healed or mastered and there are always layers and lessons. Learning can be fun or painful- this is our choice. Above all- everyone deserves the experience of being loved unconditionally while being told the truth. This is Harpal. She is always developing herself and reading and researching so she uses everything and does not have a specific therapeutic focus other than being a coach who can work therapeutically rather than being a therapist.
